Well, since I still can't figure out how to make a contest, I'm just gonna post the details on here, and hopefully you all can pass the word on... or maybe make a contest for it...

The Novel I'm writing, which is still in the beggining of process(I'm still working on the first chap), takes place in the year 2059, and mainly in space.

In the year 2012, on Dec. 21st, it wasn't the end of the world, but the end of the lifestyle as we knew it. That was the day that changed history. It was the day we found Life from outer space... well, they found us. They were the first species, the Aar'aa, then came so many more. Most wanted no war, only to bring peace and learn of our species. They taught us of the worlds we knew nothing of as well as their own species, and they showed us technologies we were nowhere near fathoming. In the six years following, we had discovered 14 more species, we colonized many of the nearby planets, as well as our world advanceing nearly 300 years ahead. But, by that time, the first of the aggresive species came. We had our first interplanetary war by the year of 2019. And then, the Space Marine's were formed. They had proven to be what we had needed to win. Since then, the organization has evolved, allowing many of the allyed species to join as well as developing better war crafts and weponry. By now, it is the year 2059, 40 years since the first interplanetry war, and 3 others inbetween, and definately not the last. Amost 15 years since the Earth was mysteriously put nearly to ruin, and mostly unlivable anymore. Here, we follow the adventure's of Raine Aicksman and her comrades, as she fights to uncover the truth of the destuction of Earth and the dissapearance of half of her race merely days before the destruction... (still working on it... does it sound any good? it's a scifi fantasy...)

Uh... what's the word for it? Dang, it's escaped my mind right now, but here is what I want in it:

For Raine Aicksman, 19, she has charcoal colored hair to just past her shoulder's and it's kinda messy. It could be down or in a small ponytail w/ bangs. She has amazing blue eye's. She's around 5'7, tanned and fit. She's a space marine.

Abel Moretta, 20, Natural dark grey hair, any color eye's, near 6 foot, and well built, but not overly. He was transfered from the nearly destroyed ship Ruthless Hurricane that lost almost all it's crew except a handful. A Space Marine who specializes in Stealth.

Kelestra So'rinalei, 43(but looks 17 and acts it, she's alien after all.) Her species is Aar'aa, a morphing species, full of many subspecies. Kelestra happens to be one of the very rare of her species to be a true Aar'aa, as she has the attributes of all the subspecies. She is reveired as royalty for this. Her skin is a light greenish-blue, with a small hue of lightly tanned human pigment. She has taken a likeing of the human shape and looks much like one, except for her color. She has short semi-spikey hair that is no one actaul color. If you were to look closely you would see it constantly shifting through the many colors. Also a Space Marine.

Samuel Aicksman, 52, Raine and Marc's father. He's around 6 foot, and he looks much like Daneil Craig off the James Bond movie, but he has brown eye's. He is a captain of the ship the White Nova X.

Here's some more characters that you all can customize, but keep the things I do have for them the same.

Marc Aicksman. 16, Raine's brother, has light brown hair and same eye's as Raine(brilliant blue). American looking. He wants to be a Space Marine too. He is a(what's that word where people can move stuff with their mind). Currently he is in the Academy for the future Psi Company soldiers.

Learia Aeront. 17, girl, has moonlight color eye's and dark brown hair. German looking. Space Marine Medic.

Hikaru Taicho. 22, male or female, blackish brown eyes. Sometimes has a Cocky attitude. Aisian looking.

Adrien Chardin. 24, male or female, green eye's. Irish looking.

Malthaldr So'rilanei. 96(but looks more around 20ish) Same skin tone as Kelestra except for the human hue to it.(his younger sister). He is a Scientist/Historian, and can only change his shape.

Ailianna Lorenzo. Any age. Any look. Any Gift. (keep in mind one's with the 'gifts' such as her and Marc are still very rare, but are slowly becomeing more common over the years. It deals with being in so much contact with so many different species.)

And there's alot more character's I need for my Novel, but it's my senior year in high school, and I won't have much time to spend making what character's I'll need. For anyone who's interested, go ahead and make a charcter, though make them beleiveable. Here's the basic's for making the character:

And whatever else you can think of. But please, if you do make a character, make them very detailed, and etc. because, I can't work with just basics. I want to write a character that is their maker's vision of how they imagined them, if you get what I mean.
